The core of our mission is to work to promote healthy lifestyleÂ choices by providing good educational resources to the people of Madison County. QUIT SMOKING HELP
Intersect Inc operates and supports several programs that help to educate people on the negative health effects of smoking tobacco and assist in helping them quit this highly addictive habit. Click to find out more about these programs and how you can get help quitting.
Team Awareness is an employee based wellness program that addresses behavior risks among employees and their families. Intersect hopes to reach businesses in the community to create healthier places to work in Madison County.
This mentoring initiative is helping young people to overcome obstacles in their life, discover new possibilities, prepare them as leaders and support them in becoming effective and active citizens. Click to find out more information.
"Whats Your Side Effect?" is a campaign aimed at reducing prescription drug abuse and misuse in teens by using an inspiration and educational message. Intersect Inc had a key role in developing this campaign. Click to find out more.
Student's Against Destructive Decisions' mission is to provide students with the best prevention and intervention tools possible to deal with the issues of underage drinking, other drug use, impaired driving and other destructive decisions. Click for more info.
PARENTS WHO HOST
The "Parents Who Host, Lose The Mostâ is a public awareness campaign developed by Ohioâs Drug-Free Action Alliance in 2000 to educate parents about the health and safety risks of serving alcohol at teen parties. Click to find out more.
âKnow!â empowers parents of 11 to 13 year olds to raise their children to be substance-free by increasing and enhancing their awareness and communication about prevention of a alcohol, tobacco, & drug abuse. Click to find out more about this campaign.
